Let's lead the way...
big bad mental health wolf
Mental health is not a problem, poor mental health is.

Ahead of 'World Mental Health Day' this month, October 10th, we are taking a look back at what mental health is, who it affects and why it's so important both as individuals and organisations, to talk about it.

"What works without robust mental health? And what actually is robust mental health?" Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Our mission is to normalise conversations about - and support for - mental health in the workplace.

So,
let's lead the way and start the conversation...
