We have a few last minute spaces to our next Introduction to Neuroscience and Coaching Course happening this Thursday 22nd at the University of Sussex Innovation Centre. This course is designed to help you really understand what is going on in your brain, with research based neuroscience. You can read about some of our current research influences from our International Womens Day article.
We are a 5 minute walk from Falmer train station next to the AMEX stadium with easy
connections from Brighton station. It is £50+VAT and will provide you with some valuable resources to improving the wellbeing of yourself and others. You'll have a blend of theory and practice, plus access to free online resources to use before and after the course. Students have found this useful to support them in the work, be it as a coach, or working in organisations in areas like HR and Wellbeing. You can read their testimonials if you like to get a feel for the course.
This is the beginning of a learning journey, which can eventually lead to an ILM Level 5 Foundation Degree level qualification, regulated by OFSTED. On the second course, you begin to learn more about our
organisational wellbeing tool, CARI™ (Commitment and Resilience Index) which you can use in organisations to effectively measure mental wellbeing and identify where support is needed. It was recently featured on the BBC with our work with the NHS.
We run this course every month, so if you miss this time you can come along on April 19th instead! :)
We would love to fill the room with a diverse group of interesting people, and we hate to see a space wasted on our course!
