This month we are shining a spotlight on Nicky Thomas. Nicky has trained through the School of NeuChem Coaching, and is now regularly coaching in large organisations for the Maria Paviour Company (the School's parent organisation). This month, Nicky has been working in the Brighton and Sussex University Hospital Trust NHS, where we delivered our Care and Resiliance Index (CARI) survey to 9000 members of staff. She has been interpreting this data, and coaching those with low levels of wellbeing.
