Happy Neuro-Year!

Mindfulness: how, when it's too hard?

Coach of the Month - Nicky Thomas!
This month we are shining a spotlight on Nicky Thomas. Nicky has trained through the School of NeuChem Coaching, and is now regularly coaching in large organisations for the Maria Paviour Company (the School's parent organisation). This month, Nicky has been working in the Brighton and Sussex University Hospital Trust NHS, where we delivered our Care and Resiliance Index (CARI) survey to 9000 members of staff. She has been interpreting this data, and coaching those with low levels of wellbeing.

How to upgrade your coaching skills without rebuilding them
Many modern coaching school's focus on 'My way or the high way' type approach. This suggests forgetting what you already know, and relearning a totally new approach. For the brain this is like learning to drive a car all over again. You needn't rebuild, just upgrade.

Celebrating the Women who shaped our business...
The School has been built on academic current science. This month, on International Women's Day we shared with you the women who have been fundamental in shaping our coaching courses. These women have made both the Maria Paviour Company, and the School of NeuChem what they are today, and deserve recognition!
